Our comprehensive service includes managing Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, Water, WiFi, and TV License payments, ensuring that all expenses are covered and paid on time. Our premium weekly cleaning service includes two hours of dedicated cleaning for 3-bedroom properties and three hours for 4-bedroom properties. This thorough cleaning schedule ensures that all bedroom and living spaces remain immaculate and inviting, providing a pristine environment for your employees.

Our Management Fee

To deliver all of the aforementioned premium, comprehensive amenities, we charge an exclusive and minimal 15% Management Fee.
