To deliver all of our premium, fully-managed services, we charge an exclusive and minimal 15% Management Fee. This fee includes meticulous property sourcing, tenancy management, and continuous support, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for your corporation and employees. For long-term projects and returning clients, we are able to discuss an exclusive bespoke fee.

Upon identifying the perfect properties, we present an exquisitely detailed proposal tailored to your needs. This proposal outlines the curated properties designed to fulfill your requirements, their rental fees, and a comprehensive quote for our premium services, which includes:
Furnishings per Property: Inclusive of transportation from storage, professional installation, and removal at the end of tenancy
All Bills & Taxes: Covering Council Tax, Electricity & Gas, Water, WiFi, and TV License for each property
Ongoing Maintenance & Repairs: Ensuring all properties are impeccably maintained
Premium Weekly Cleaning: High-standard cleaning services for all properties
Parking Facilities: Available if required
Designated Account Manager: Providing seamless, personalised communication for both clients and employees
Corporate Rentals handles all payments and organisational details for the aforementioned services, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We then calculate our exclusive 15% Management Fee based on the total costs for the duration of the project. To underscore the value we offer, we include a side-by-side comparison illustrating the substantial savings you can achieve with Corporate Rentals versus your current corporate accommodation solutions.

Upon mutual agreement of the terms, clients are requested to remit a minimum 3-month upfront deposit to secure the exclusive properties and our bespoke services. For added flexibility, this deposit can be paid in larger amounts to reduce the remaining balance. Following this, leases will be meticulously finalised, and a tenancy start date will be elegantly arranged.

Together, we will establish a customised payment schedule tailored to your preferences, whether it be monthly or in flexible instalments. To ensure a seamless and effortless experience, a Direct Debit will be set up, automating payments and providing you with ultimate convenience and peace of mind.

In anticipation of the tenancy start date, each property will be immaculately cleaned, meticulously prepared, and exquisitely furnished to perfection, ready for your employees' arrival. Moving forward, all ongoing amenities and personalised customer service will be attentively managed by a dedicated Account Manager, ensuring an effortlessly seamless and luxurious experience for both clients and employees alike.
